There is no harm in asking

One day this autumn I saw this man sitting on a bench. I found it fantastic how the colours of his clothes matched the leaves on the grass behind him. He noticed that I was staring. I turned back and told him what I saw with the autumn colours, and would it be ok if I took a picture?

He smiled and said yes, of course. Then he suggested I should call the picture "Livets Høst" which translates to Autumn of Life. So that is how I got the picture and how the picture got its name.

It turned out he lived around the corner and smiled when I came by before Christmas with one copy for him and one for his daughter.

I did get an award for this image. There is no harm in asking.

Oslo Kamera Klubbs Annual Autumn Exhibition

P H O T O S - E D U A R D O B A R C A
I joined Oslo Kamera Klubb in September to exchange ideas with fellow photodiots. some of the challenges they have is a spring and autumn competition, and also an annual Camera Club Exhibition, exhibiting the member's work on a specific theme.

I am very exited to participate in Oslo Kamera Klubb's annual Exhibition at Grønlands Basar this year. 60 photos from 30 club photographers are on display.
